The 4th Annual Military Ride-In will feature:
A great meal that will be free to members of the military and their immediate family
Live music
Snowmobile and groomer display
Because of the lack of snow there will not be any demonstration rides available.
There will be a pinata for the children

All military families are invited to a free winter event in their honor.
February 25, 2012, 10am-2pm

Various family friendly winter activities will be available from mini snowmobiles, which always popular and fun for children, and full sized snowmobiles adults can try out. An antique snowmobile parade & ride is scheduled along with groomer displays and rides are also scheduled. A free lunch will be provided for all attending military personnel and their dependents. The general public will be able to purchase food on-site.

In years past local television stations have covered the event with appearances made by the governor and other politicians.

 

Where: Green Mountain Horse Association on Route 106 in South Woodstock, Vermont ~ 6.0 miles from the junction of Route 4 & Route 106.
Travel by Snowmobile: Take Corridor Route 4 to WR 5 (junction to South Woodstock General Store), continue on Corridor 4 and travel West to GMHA Grounds (there will be VAST signs).
